                                               "What of Our Mothers"

From the bliss of evening primrose bloom
In essence of flowers that grows by nature’s tune
From an airy sphere that brings clear and fairy tales at noon
Whether she stands to gain or lose
What of our Mothers

-

From an ancient order sacred dues
Damsel immersed in a familiar perfume
“For her hand, for her hand” Our Father rehearsed in a sacred costume
Whether she knew she was always His half in His Holy Tribune
What of our Mothers

-

From afar there’s a starry night for you
Where even the moon bows down to see Earth’s commune
Where she sits like a Queen with a golden hue
Whether she’s praised by many or scorned by few
What of our Mothers

-

This performance is for you
Let the angels above sing and rejoice for you
For your bosom is the gateway from a Heavenly past
Where before we were we, you were you
Where to us it’s unknown yet to you it’s the truth
Messenger of life
It is through you where it passes it’s due
In essence of life that grows by nature’s tune
What of our Mothers

-

Should your painful experience in your labor set free
We these temples of souls that your bosom let free
For to you we were born with our hearts empty
Yet it is you who replenish our hearts with every
Moment inspired with your nurturing embrace
What of our Mothers

-

In the beginning if we had known you were any
More beautiful than evening primrose bloom
Eyes preordained to be the stairs towards our ascend into truth
Where Our Father resides, you’ve been there haven’t you?
For if we were birthed from out of our Mothers
What of Our Mothers?

"Love in Five Senses"

Listen, hear me
The sound of my voice grows like lilies in the garden
Each tip curls at the corner of its own scent
I can hear myself far away
Like a self-conceited bastard
That travails among the person that screamed my name once
Listen, hear me
Breathe upon your neck
Like a wild wolf with hair sprouting up from each skin’s pore
Tying my soul in hunger for your love
Caught between an ant and its hill
Climbing up you queen of nature’s thrill

…..

Sound, near me
Let me into the secret of your air
Like fingers in a swirl of water
Falling in disgrace from fear and cruel utters
You’re nature’s daughter
Your body naked upon my doorstep
Gliding on the concrete floor beneath these almond ceilings
Sound, near me
Like a rock upon my mind
Unravel this gravel that sips into my heart
I am yours just for these nights
Laying our bodies bare
Hypnotized by your stare

…..

Listen, hear me
Sound, near me

…..

Breathe, within me
Like the wind’s cousin’s sister
Confused by relations unclear
With feathers stuck within my bones
Unbroken wings will fly away this once
Floating without a tail to guide me here
Oil paintings on the wall
That was all I had to steer me
Breathe, within me
Assure me your deepest feelings
Whisper softly into my abode
And let the air carry these words into your soul
Like the warmth in your body amidst the cold

…..

Taste, with you
Let our lips collide in haste
Articulating these gestures about my tongue
Like sweetness upon your breasts
The pleasures that drip between each drop
All consumed within our mouths
Taste, with you
Pour your heart out into this glass of wine
While we are drunk with our own passion
As we kiss gently
And let the breeze caress the contours of our faces
Like the eyes and lips of our love spread out across these places

…..

Breathe, within me
Taste, with you

…..

Listen, hear me
Sound, near me
Breathe, within me
Taste, with you

…..

Let love replace our senses true
The fourth and fifth are me and you
